  • What is my User ID and PIN?

    Students: Your User ID is your Student ID number. Example: W0000055555.
    Your Student ID number can be found on the back of your Wilmington University ID Card or on your Wilmington University transcript, found in WebCampus.

    Faculty
    : Your faculty ID number is a five or six digit number assigned to you by the University.
    This number is your User ID. The number is located on the back of your ID card.
    ID Card
    Staff: The barcode number on the back of your library card is your User ID.
    Please contact the Library if you do not have a library card.


    The default PIN is set to “changeme”. We strongly recommend that you change your PIN to something you can easily remember.

  • How do I request items from other member libraries, or request an item that is checked out?
    Use the Place Hold feature to request items.
    You may request items from other libraries in the Delaware Library catalog by placing a hold on the item. Before performing a search, from the library drop-down box, select ALL. Once the item is located, click the 'Place Hold' link on the left side of the screen. Select Wilmington University to pick up the item. For more information on placing holds click here.
  • How do I renew my items?
    Log on to the Delaware Library Catalog and click on My Account. Then choose Renew My Materials. If you are unable to renew your materials online, please call the Library at 1-800-451-5724.
  • All notices regarding your DLC account are delivered via email to your Wilmington University email account. This includes hold pick-up notices, materials due soon notices and overdue notices. Note: Be sure to adjust your SPAM filter to allow all emails from Your_Delaware_Library [sirsi@DELA.sirsi.net].
