If you need to send a file of the logo to an external source DO NOT give out the link and password to this page. Download the file yourself and e-mail it to the select recipients along with the following disclaimer:
“This logo is copyright and trademarked Wilmington University property and may not be used without express consent of a representative of Wilmington University. The logo is to be used only for the purpose specified in this message. You may not alter the existing shape or form of the logo itself. You may not disproportionately scale or stretch the logo.”
When ordering any items through vendors remember to use our Wilmington University Green. These are the colors you can ask our vendors to use:

A JPG file is acceptable for most regular office applications that do not require professional services, including:
JPG files are bitmap graphics that can be used by almost any office software or graphics applications. Basically, any items you would design and print yourself would be a suitable use for JPG files.
An EPS file is required for most jobs that will be professionally designed and produced, including:
EPS files are vector graphics files that can be opened and manipulated by professional design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator. Most professional services will be able to use these files to design and produce your work. You may also use EPS files to insert into documents, newsletters and flyers that you design yourself but will be providing in digital form to service providers for final printing. Some office laser printers and most office inkjet printers will not print these files correctly, but your service provider will be able to do so. Please see the Guidleines for Acceptable Use when using these files or sending them to a service provider.
