A syllabus is an outline or summary of topics to be covered and educational goals and outcomes for each course. The syllabus can also contain meeting dates and times, a schedule of course activities and/or assignments, instructor contact information, course reading materials, or other related information.
Course syllabus information will be presented differently in Blackboard starting in Spring 2010 for ALL courses. Preview what the Blackboard Syllabus will look like...
Students who are currently registered for courses can find their course syllabus for each course online using Blackboard. A course syllabus is usually available online about 2 weeks prior to the start date of the course.
If your instructor’s syllabus is not available online prior to the first class meeting, it will be available at first course meeting.
Starting for Spring 2010 courses, Wilmington University has changed the way we deliver course syllabi information to students using Blackboard. Below is a preview of what you can expect to see in your Blackboard course site.
