Your Course Syllabus

What is a Syllabus?

A syllabus is an outline or summary of topics to be covered and educational goals and outcomes for each course. The syllabus can also contain meeting dates and times, a schedule of course activities and/or assignments, instructor contact information, course reading materials, or other related information.

Students who are currently registered for courses can find their course syllabus for each course online using Blackboard. A course syllabus is usually available online about 2 weeks prior to the start date of the course.

To view or download your syllabus:

  1. Login to WebCampus at https://webcampus.wilmu.edu
  2. Click the Blackboard link on the left menu to launch Blackboard.
  3. Select the name of your course in the "My Courses" list on the Blackboard start page or the "Courses" tab.
  4. On the left course menu, click Syllabus.

If your instructor’s syllabus is not available online prior to the first class meeting, it will be available at first course meeting.
