A: Yes, all students are required to pay the non-refundable application fee.

A: No, the application fee is non-refundable.
Q: What is a transcript?
A: A transcript is the official record of your academic history at an institution. An official transcript will have the seal of the college on it and is only transferable electronically or in a sealed envelope.
Q: When is the application deadline?
A: Wilmington University offers rolling admission so you may apply at anytime. Please note: Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Doctoral programs have specific deadlines. Please check the application packet for additional information.
Q: Where can I find a list of missing admissions documents?
A: Login to WebCampus, our student portal, to determine what missing documents are still required for the admissions process.
Q: When can I register for courses?
A:Once you are accepted into a degree program, you may register for courses.
Q: When should I request my transcripts?
A: As soon as you’ve decided to attend Wilmington University, please have official transcripts sent electronically or via mail in a sealed envelope directly from the school of attendance. If you are currently in high school, submit after graduation.
Q: Will I need my high school transcript?
High school transcripts are only required if you have 15 or less transferable college credits.
Q: When should I apply for Financial Aid?
A: The Financial Aid process can take 4-6 weeks and cannot be released until Wilmington University receives your official transcripts listing a conferral date.
