  2. Print out and complete the application
  3. Send the application and a check for the $35.00 application fee to:

Graduate Admission

  1. Download the Graduate Application for Admission 
  2. Print out the and complete the application 
  3. Send the application, a check for the $35.00 application fee, and any other required documentation (see application) to the address indicated on the application (according to degree program).
