Admission Requirements for Home Schooled Graduates

Wilmington University welcomes all Home School graduates. In an effort to serve the Home School community better, admission requirements have been revised to ensure academic opportunity for all Home School graduates.

The Pennsylvania Department of Education recognizes the following Pennsylvania Home School associations:

Admission requirements for diplomas granted by the above seven associations are as follows:

• Official Home School Transcript
• Application for Undergraduate Admissions
• Placement Testing-English and Mathematics
• SAT scores (May be used in lieu of placement testing)
• Interview with Admissions Counselor

Admission requirements for all other Home School graduates are as follows:

• Application for Undergraduate Admissions
• Interview
• Portfolio
• Official Transcripts
• Standardized Test Scores (SAT or ACT)
• Two Letters of Recommendation
• Statement of Goals
