The Alumni Association's purpose is to allow alumni to network, stay connected with the University and receive benefits from numerous companies. We want you to get involved; join your local chapter, volunteer at alumni events, become a chapter leader – whatever you are looking for, we have it. As a recent grad, you will receive a membership card in the mail. This card will provide you with benefits from different companies and establishments throughout the area. You will also receive a complimentary Commencement Ceremony DVD from the Wilmington University Alumni Association. Congratulations again on your achievement. WU Cheerleaders Win First National Title!
The Wilmington University cheerleaders won first place at the Universal Cheerleading Association (UCA)/Universal Dance Association (UDA) College Cheerleading and Dance Team National Championships as the winner of the Small Coed Division II group, beating out 13 total teams. The team traveled to Orlando, Florida for the competition. Congratulations to the team and their coaches!
New Chapters are Popping Up
The Alumni Relations Team is working to establish new chapters in Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. If you are an alum living in one of these states and want to get involved – we want you! We are always looking for fresh faces and new ideas. We are also always recruiting new folks to join our New Castle County and Kent & Sussex County Chapters.
