Biography
Maureen Watson is eager to begin her first year on the cross-country coaching staff at WU for the 2012 season. Currently she is a mathematics instructor at Mt. Pleasant High School in Wilmington, Del. Within her first two years of teaching in the public schools she was an assistant coach for cross-country, track, and tennis.
A graduate of Kutztown University, she earned All-Academic All-American and All-Region awards for track and cross country. As team captain she competed and led her team to the NCAA Division II National Championships for cross-country in 2006 and 2010. Maureen is enthusiastic about coaching at the Division II level and guiding the Wildcats to a successful season.
