High School: Four-year letterwinner at Unionville in baseball and basketball – was a pitcher and third baseman from 2007-2011 on the diamond – named All-Ches-Mont League, All-State and Ches-Mont Pitcher of the Year through four-year tenure – named to the academic honor roll while at Unionville.
Personal: Jeffrey Tyler Fries (pronounced Freeze) – son of Jeff and Wendy Fries – has a younger brother, Kyle – majoring in criminal justice at Wilmington with aspirations of become a State Trooper on the K-9 Unit.
