Prior to Wilmington University: Went to UMBC right out of high school before transferring to Frederick C.C. and playing for two seasons – helped team to a 39-16 overall record as a sophomore in 2013, reaching the Region XX Tournament – batted .329 with 10 doubles, a triple and a home run, while knocking in 44 runners and scoring 35 runs in 2013 – also stole 19 bases as a sophomore – batted .400 as a freshman with 14 doubles, two triples, and seven home runs while knocking in 50 runs and scoring 45 – named First Team All-Region XX as a freshman.

High School: Three sport athlete at Mt. Hebron High School in Ellicott City, Md. – four year letterwinner in baseball as a catcher and a centerfielder – named to Brooks Robinson Maryland, Battle of the Countries, and Mid-Atlantic Baseball Classic All-Star Team as a senior in 2010 – two time First Team All-County – named Baltimore Sun First Team All-Metro as a junior – also played on Mt. Hebron’s football and track teams – honor roll student.

Personal: Brody Fox Tennant – son of Doug and Sally Tennant – has an older brother, Randy – majoring in sports management at Wilmington University with aspirations of owning his own multi-sports facility – his most memorable sports moment is when he scored five touchdowns in one game in high school – his favorite cartoon character is Homer Simpson – if he could date a celebrity, he would date Hayden Panettiere.
