Biography

Junior Season (2012): Second Team All-CACC performer – Finished fourth on the team with 1.71 kills per set as a middle hitter – led the team with a .274 hitting percentage on 566 attempts – second on the team and third in the CACC with 1.00 blocks per set – second in the CACC behind Katie Shorter with 119 total blocks, fourth in block assists with 87 and fifth in block solos with 32 – collected a season high 14 kills at Holy Family on October 5, committing only two errors on 25 attempts – had 13 kills in a match twice in the season and 10 kills against Georgian Court in the CACC Tournament Semifinals – had the second most total blocks in a game in program history with 11 at Concord on September 1 – set a program record with 10 block assists at Concord on September 1 – second on the program’s all-time block list with 280 – named Capital One Academic All-America Third Team, and Capital One Academic All-District I team.

Sophomore Season (2011): Second Team All-CACC performer – third on the team with 181 kills (1.93 per set) – second on the team and fourth in the CACC with 74 total blocks – finished third in the CACC with 0.79 blocks per set – finished sixth in the CACC with a .229 hitting percentage on 524 attempts – added 10 service aces and 60 digs – recorded a season high 12 kills in three separate matches, including November 8 at Dominican in the CACC Quarterfinals – collected a season high seven blocks at Georgian Court on October 20 – tallied a season high six digs in three separate matches – Capital One Academic All-District I team.

Freshman Season (2010): Second Team All-CACC performer – second on the team with 209 kills, third with 1.90 kills per set – second on the team with 88 total blocks, averaging 0.79 blocks per set – second in the CACC with a .297 hitting percentage – added 10 aces and 67 digs on the year – had a season high 12 kills against Shepherd on November 2, hitting .524 for the match – had five matches with double-digit kills – had a season high six blocks twice on the year, first at Dominican on October 16 (four solos, two assists), and against Shepherd on November 2 (two solos, four assists).

High School: Four year letterwinner in volleyball at Concord High School under coaches Ray Heilie and Bob Trinsey – helped lead the team to a Blue Hen Conference Championship as a junior in 2008 – named First Team All-State from 2008-09 – earned Second Team All-State as a sophomore – named Third Team All-Conference in 2006 – earned All-State All-Academics and the Blue Hen Academia Award each year at Concord – two-year honor student – made distinguished honors 2007-10.

Personal: Brittany Lee Biddle – daughter of Gilbert and Brenda Biddle – has three brothers, Joshua Biddle, William Shahan, and Etienne LPX – majoring in elementary education at Wilmington University with aspirations of becoming a special education teacher – from Claymont, Del. – Favorite pro team is the Philadelphia Flyers – Most played song on her iPod is blow me away by Breaking Benjamin – If she could date any celebrity it would be Scotty McCreery – If someone were to make her a perfect meal she would want it to be a grilled buffalo chicken salad – She draws her inspiration from her life experiences and her parents.
