High School: Three-year letterwinner in basketball at Western High School under head coach Tiffany Silver – helped lead the team to a Baltimore City Championship in 2011 – member of the honor roll all four years – graduated top 15% of class
Personal: Taylor Nicole Carter – daughter of Rhonda Mackey – majoring in sports management at Wilmington University with aspirations in becoming a sports agent – from Edgewood, Md.
