High School: Four year letterwinner in cross country at Milford High School under head coach Czar Bloom – helped lead the 2010 squad to a Henlopen Conference and Kent County Championship in 2010 – helped lead the team to a Kent County Championship in 2011 – named Second Team All-State as a senior – named Third Team All-State in 2010 – named team co-captain as a senior
