Faculty Grade Center Problem for
Symantec AntiVirus Users

We have a number of reported issues that some of our faculty members who use Symantec AntiVirus software are having problems with the new Grade Center on Blackboard 8. When the Grade Center loads it will only show one student record at a time and in some instances non-english characters are displayed on the screen making the grades unreadable.

Users who are experiencing this issue should turn off Symantec while working with the Blackboard Grade Center. For instructions on disabling your anti-virus software, please view the Symantec website http://www.symantec.com.
