Where can I find my Blackboard login information?
All new students are sent their Blackboard/WebCampus login information via postal mail shortly after completing the admission process.
Your username and default password are also printed on the course schedule you received if you registered for your courses in person a University location.
If you have not previously logged in to Blackboard or WebCampus, or have not changed your password, the password printed on your schedule is valid.
I don't remember my password!
I don't have a copy of my schedule!
You may also obtain your login information or reset your password by phone using our 24-hour support center. You must be able to verify your identity to receive or change your login information by phone.
I can't change my password!
Your username and password for Blackboard are the same as your username and password for WebCampus. Though you cannot change your password using Blackboard, you can change your password for Blackboard using WebCampus.
I can't change my email address!
Beginning January 1, 2007, all email addresses in Blackboard (for students and instructors) will automatically be changed to Wilmington University email accounts. Simply log in to WebCampus and click on "WU Email" to get your messages sent by your instructors or classmates through Blackboard.
After You Log In
Set Privacy Options for your Personal Information by going to: Tools > Personal Information > Set Privacy Options. Note: Put a check in the box to make public.
