Effective 6/9/2009, we have enhanced WebCampus to include the self-service capability to include immediate user name retrieval, as well as the ability to reset passwords. This should minimize or eliminate the need to call technical support to get this login information.
In addition, all students and faculty will be prompted to enter a personal Challenge question and answer after logging in to WebCampus. If you have previously entered this information, you will not be prompted to enter it again. However, you can update previously submitted information by using the Challenge Question link on the menu. Your Challenge question and answer will only be used to help verify your identity if you ever need to recover your forgotten username or password again. In addition to these new features, all users will be prompted to update their password every 90 days.
