A Program that Develops You As A Leader
Modern organizations face many challenges to survive and prosper. To accomplish their goals, they need a new kind of leaderone who understands organizational leadership; and one who also has the personal leadership skills to successfully apply that understanding to his or her organization. Wilmington University has a graduate degree program to help you prepare for this leadership challenge, the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL). When you complete the program’s twelve rigorous courses, you will be prepared to help your organization face rapid social, economic and technological challenges.
Convenience To Fit Your Lifestyle
Because you have other professional and personal demands on your time, Wilmington University has structured the MSOL program to fit your busy lifestyle. We offer two different program schedules to choose from: a weekend program and a weeknight program.
Leadership To Meet Your Goals
The Organizational Leadership program is goal-oriented. Prior to entering the program, you will be asked to clearly identify your leadership objectives. Then every effort is directed toward accomplishing those goals while broadening your communication, leadership and technology skills.
