Managing Group Change

Change is a natural force, constant and continuing that impacts both our personal and work lives. We are living today in an age of unprecedented change as the global village becomes a reality. Organizations are forced to cope with rapid and continuous shifts in both form and function. Their success often depends upon how well they manage these shifts. However, just as the nature of change varies, so do the human responses and reactions to change. Ironically, the phenomenon of change does not need managing as much as the people involved with it.
