Registration

Please register at least 30 days before a session begins. Enrollment is limited. Wilmington University reserves the right to cancel a course for low enrollment. You will be notified two weeks before the session begins regarding cancellation. Participants will receive a full refund for any session cancelled by Wilmington University.

Phone

If you are using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover, you can register by phone. Have your credit card and the name of the course ready, dial 302-295-1156 and ask for Jane West. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:30pm.

Mail

Complete the registration form and return to Wilmington University, 320 North Dupont Highway, New Castle, DE 19720 Attn. Financial Affairs. Please remember to enclose full payment. (Payment for the session is required in full before registration can be processed).

Fax

If you are paying by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card, you can download and complete the registration form. You cannot fax a registration form if you are paying by check. Fax the registration form to 302-295-1137 Attn. Jane West (Please remember to include all the information needed for payment when using a credit card).

Walk in

You may register in person at any Wilmington University site. Fees are due when you register. For maps of all Wilmington University sites see web site.

Cancellation Policy

Please note the cut-off date for cancellation is one week before the session starts. Full registration less a $25.00 processing fee will be refunded only to cancellations received one week before the session starts. Registrations are transferable at any time.
