Lakesha Savage - Assistant Coach

Lakesha Savage begins her second year as an assistant coach for the Wilmington University Cheerleading team. She brings more than 14 years of cheerleading experience to the Wildcat team. Coach Savage was the head varsity coach at Dover High School for four years and coached a competition squad for three seasons. During that span, she brought home two state championships and two regional titles. Lakesha also helped out with the Blue/Gold All-Star game for two years as a coach of the Gold squad, and was a YMCA Cheerleading Camp Director for two years. Lakesha is ACCAA Safety Certified.
