University-Paid Mobile Phones

Wilmington University has a preferred cellular relationship with Verizon Wireless to provide approved staff and faculty with discounted local, regional, and national coverage. An employee eligible for a mobile telephone is the one whose work related activities justify the request. A written request or email from the employee’s Vice President should be sent to the Vice President CFO (Jim Coakley) for approval. Approved requests will be handled by the purchasing department (Mark Paris). Vice Presidents are reminded to verify that the appropriate departmental funds are available.
