If Your Purchasing Card is Lost or Stolen

Wilmington University is liable for all PCard transactions until the PCard is reported lost or stolen.

If your Purchasing Card is lost or stolen, no matter what time of day, you must report it immediately:

  1. Call PNC Cardholder Customer Service hotline at (800) 685-4039 (Activation Code Requested).  
  2. Call the Purchasing Department at 302-356-6829. This office will notify the bank and arrange for a replacement card.  If after University business hours, leave a message on 302-356-6829.
  3. Report the lost or stolen card and any known fraudulent charges to our Department Card Coordinator and Approving Supervisor. If after University business hours, make this report first thing next business day.
