High Turnout for Wilmington University Spring Career Fair
Hundreds of job seekers turned out Thursday afternoon to browse the displays and speak to business professionals at the annual Spring Career Fair at Wilmington University.
Representatives from more than 50 local businesses and corporations appeared at the event, including Upper Bay Counseling & Support Services Inc., UPS, The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Brandywine School District, Diamond State Financial Group and Cigna.
The career fair served as an opportunity for attendees, many of whom are Wilmington University students, to make valuable connections with practitioners in various fields. It also helped businesses promote their name, mission and value to the community.
