Wilmington University Presents "Are YOU Protected? Cyber Security Steps You Can Take NOW"

Wilmington University College of Technology's Academic Center of Excellence for Cyber Security will present "Are YOU Protected? Cyber Security Steps You Can Take NOW," a seminar on safe computing practices and online identity protection, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on November 11, 2014, in the Doberstein Admissions Center auditorium. 

Dr. Mark J. Hufe, associate professor and Director of Cyber Security Education, will share a wealth of information suitable for individuals, small businesses and anyone who wants to know the most current ways to protect their identity and data online. 

Dr. Hufe will cover the most important personal and cyber security topics in the news today, including: 

 ·   Email security

·    Password protection

·    Identity Theft

·    Credit/debit card security 

Dr. Hufe will also provide information concerning the most recent computer hacks, data breaches and telephone scams.
