Frank Ingraham

If you have attended one of Wilmington University’s many alumni events, chances are you have run into the Alumni Association’s Vice-President, Frank Ingraham.  It does not take long in Frank’s presence to know that you are encountering to a truly dynamic, genuine and captivating individual.  Frank is unique in his ability to both exude and encourage greatness in those around him.  Wilmington University is extremely proud to be able to call Mr. Ingraham one of our own.

Frank Ingraham, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has recently transitioned from a career with DuPont, where he focused on business leadership in the areas of labor relations, human resources, Six Sigma/Lean project management and conflict resolution, to the adult-learning education environment.

Frank has a passion and commitment to equipping life-long learners with the knowledge, inspiration and tools that they need to achieve greater levels of personal and professional success.  For years, Frank has poured his skills and heart into the lives of others through the successful facilitation of mastermind groups and direct mentorship.

In addition to his work with Wilmington University, Mr. Ingraham has also volunteered with the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) and the Delaware Center for Justice (DCJ), where he was recently awarded the 2016 Mary Elizabeth Mical Mediation Award for his excellence as a volunteer mediator for the organization.

Frank is a graduate of Wilmington University’s Master of Science Human Resource program and is continuing his education in the Leadership and Innovation doctoral program.  Frank has also received certification from the John Maxwell Team to speak, teach and coach on Maxwell’s leadership principles.

Frank is an inspiration and an example of the caliber of alumni that are daily representing Wilmington University well.
