Time Again for the Annual Wilmington University Green and White Scholarship Ball
Delicious food, flowing champagne, a fabulous silent auction, transformed rooms of exotic locales, live music and dancing await guests and VIPs
Take a brief trip to Ireland. Enjoy a real taste of Italy. Bring your friends to the Caribbean. Do it all in one night, Saturday, October 22, from 7:00 p.m. to 12 midnight, in fabulous style to celebrate higher education and help deserving students through the Wilmington University Annual Scholarship Fund.

The Green and White Scholarship Ball is a black tie masquerade ball featuring spectacular themed rooms that are transformed and decorated with exotic flair. Each room has live music, delicious food, champagne, cocktails and other beverages. Many guests wear colorful and ornate masks throughout the evening of dancing, tasting, champagne and cocktails and bidding on favorite items in the lavish silent auction. This year's auction features a luxurious variety of vacation packages, special services, jewelry, artwork, sports packages, wine and spirit baskets and so much more.
The evening offers a tour of cultures, eclectic flavors, exquisite pastries and desserts and something for nearly every taste. Student scholarship recipients will also be on hand to welcome and thank all guests since each student is a beneficiary of the proceeds of the ball and experience first hand the lasting impact of a quality education. The students and others guide and direct all guests to the Grand Ball Room to mingle with other guests, notable VIPs,Wilmington University staff and faculty, friends and supporters as they sample tastes from top notch area restaurants, sip champagne and other beverages and consider bidding on favorite silent auction packages.
All proceeds from the Green and White Ball go directly to the Annual Scholarship Fund. Local restaurants and vendors donate their time and service in support of the University. The University's Annual Fund team, and the Alumni Relations team, give countless hours to create the wonderful atmosphere at the ball. Thanks to all of their support, and the support of every guest, deserving Wilmington University students are able to receive much needed financial assistance and scholarships to complete their education.
