As a student at Wilmington University you will need to become familiar with WebCampus, Blackboard, and your Wilmington university student e-mail.
WebCampus is Wilmington University's online student services portal. Through WebCampus, you can register for courses, check your course schedule, find which textbooks you need, check your degree program, pay your tuition, check your financial aid, sign up for emergency alerts, check your e-mail, and access Blackboard. Your WebCampus username and password were provided to you via the mail after you completed the admissions process to Wilmington University. If you can't locate your account information, just go to the WebCampus log in page and you can retrieve the information there.
Blackboard is Wilmington University's learning management system. Through Blackboard (Bb) instructors and students can access course materials and communicate and collaborate online. Please note that all of your course syllabi, regardless of course format (face to face, hybrid, online), will be posted in Bb. You can access Blackboard through your WebCampus account.
All Wilmington University students are issued Wilmington University e-mail accounts. Wilmington University will use your student e-mail account as an official means of communicating with you. This means that the University will send you messages regarding your admission, enrollment, finances, student life, and academics. This will include communications from your instructors about courses you are currently taking.
Your e-mail address is your WebCampus/Blackboard username + "@wildcats.wilmu.edu". Example: firstname.lastname@example.org
For your convenience, you can set up your student e-mail account to automatically forward incoming e-mail. For instructions, go to the University website and type in student e-mail in the search box.
