Grade Reporting
Final grades are due to the Office of the Registrar no later than 5 working days following the last class meeting. Once all grades are received and processed, a grade report is mailed to the student's current address of record. Please forward any address corrections to the Registrar's Office with your registration materials -or- verify address/telephone data with the Registrar's Office or home site staff if you register in-person. Mailed grade reports are acceptable for employer tuition reimbursement plans. Grades will not be disclosed or released person-to-person via telephone from the Registrar's Office.
