Getting Started with Course Registration
The following procedures have been developed to guide you through our course registration process at Wilmington University. Students should register for courses, modulars, directed studies, internships or challenge-by-exam only during published registration periods. Course drop/adds are accepted during published registration and drop/add periods. All students may register at any Wilmington University location but are encouraged to utilize services at your home site.
New Students
If you are a new or returning student who has not been admitted to the University, go to the Office of Admissions before registering.
Students with Financial Aid
If you are applying for or receiving financial aid, please verify your financial aid status prior to registering.
Current Students
- Select your preferred course schedule, using the published course listing for the upcoming semester. If you are unsure which courses to take, see your academic advisor or degree program coordinator prior to registration.
- NEW! Current students can register and pay online using WebCampus! Log in to WebCampus and select your course schedule from the course offerings.
- To register in person, complete the Course Registration Form and go directly to the Office of the Registrar at the New Castle campus or the Student Services desk at another University location.
- To register by mail or fax, complete ALL sections of the Course Registration Form and send directly to the Office of the Registrar.
- All students receive a printed schedule, either in person or by mail, after payment arrangements are confirmed.
- Keep your schedule and use it to find the location of your course at the start of the term.
Registrations are not valid until registration procedures and payment arrangements have been completed.
