In order to best position our students for academic success, students are required to complete proficiency tests as part of the admission process. Wilmington University uses the ACCUPLACER® computer-based testing system.
Undergraduate students are required to complete an assessment of their English and mathematics skills prior to registering for their required freshman English and math courses in their intended degree program.
Important Announcement: Effective July 15, 2014, the ACCUPLACER® writing assessment is no longer a graduate admission requirement.
All students educated outside the US are required to complete the Levels of English Language Proficiency (LOEP) assessment prior to registering for courses in their intended degree program.
