Centrally located in Maryland’s most northeastern county Cecil College is easily accessible from Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Wilmington, Delaware. The College has a diverse student population including traditional students, returning adults, and senior citizens. What is a Completion Degree?

A Completion Degree is a personalized version of a Bachelor’s degree created exclusively for students who have completed an Associate’s degree at an accredited institution.
