Ross Barlow - Assistant CoachAssistant Coach Ross Barlow brings many years of experience in volleyball to the Wilmington University Volleyball program. Coach Barlow has been involved in coaching High School Volleyball in Delaware for 17 years, which included two Blue Hen Conference titles and numerous State Tournament appearances. He also has been active as a coach in the USA Junior Olympic program, coaching with Diamond State Juniors, Delaware Juniors and currently with First State Volleyball Club. He has earned a Level II CAP accreditation through USA Volleyball and has had an article published in USA Volleyball Magazine. Coach Barlow recently coached the University of Delaware Men's Club team for two years. Coach Barlow's volleyball career began when he played for the University of Delaware Men's Club Team under Coach Barbara Viera. He went on to complete for many years in the United States Volleyball Association on teams in the Keystone, Garden State, and Chesapeake Regions. Coach Barlow graduated from the University of Delaware with a BSAG in Biological Sciences and a BAAS in Plant Science. He also completed his Masters of Education in Science Curriculum at the University of Delaware. Coach Barlow is currently employed as a Science teacher at Mount Pleasant High School in the Brandywine School District. |
