This course provides a comprehensive overview of the formation of legal entities. Main topics include the legal procedures essential to the creation and structuring of various entities, including sole proprietorship, corporations, trusts, and limited liability corporations. Students will also receive instruction in the preparation of documents necessary to the legal organization and the operation of each type of entity. This course is a legal specialty.Prerequisite(s): LES 226
