About Your Faculty & Staff Email Account
All University faculty and staff members, including adjunct faculty and work-study students, are issued a faculty & staff (employee) email account. Administrative staff and full-time faculty are issued their accounts on the first day of employment. Adjunct faculty are issued their accounts when first assigned to teach a course.
It is expected that all faculty & staff use these accounts for all University business, including communicating with students about their courses and coursework. Use of these email accounts is covered by the University’s policy on Computer Systems, Training, Technology, and Equipment, found in the Employee Handbook or Faculty Handbook.
