If you have attended college but have not finished your four-year degree and desire to earn college credit for your professional work experience, consider the Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management accelerated degree-completion program. You will learn the relevant skills needed to manage organizations in today’s job market, and you will develop strong communication and leadership skills and an ethical approach to business and life. Depending on your prior college credits and work experience, you may be able to complete your degree in as little as a year.

This unique program combines the best of traditional classroom instruction with on-line learning in a “hybrid” course format. Hybrid courses are those in which time traditionally spent in the classroom is reduced and a significant portion of the learning activities are conducted online using enhanced educational platforms. By attending class just one night a week, you can complete a new course every five weeks.
