Commencement Ceremony Details

On behalf of Wilmington University, we extend our sincere best wishes to the graduates and to all who have supported you in your accomplishments. We look forward to your attendance at the Commencement ceremony, when we will recognize the achievements of the students who have petitioned for a degree.

Wilmington University holds seven Commencement ceremonies each year. Our Winter Commencements are held at the Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington, DE. Our Spring Commencements are held at the Chase Center on the Riverfront and at the Delaware Technical & Community College located in Georgetown, DE.

Chase Center on the Riverfront

The May 2013 Commencement Ceremonies in Wilmington will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2013. Each College's ceremony will begin with a procession at the following times:

Delaware Technical & Community College

The May 2013 Commencement Ceremony in Georgetown will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2013. The ceremony will begin with a procession at 6:00pm.

BOTH LOCATIONS

Graduates are requested to arrive at their ceremony one hour prior to the procession. Students must sign in at Student Check-In and then proceed to the Student Robing area, where further instructions will be given.

Tickets, general information, and instructions will be mailed to all participating graduates in late April.
