Wilmington University Student Success Center Offers Free Healthy Living Seminar

On Wednesday, March 23, from 12:45 p.m. to 1:15 p.m., Wilmington University's Student Success Center is hosting a seminar as part of their series of healthy living Lunch Box Talks. March's seminar will include a free healthy lunch and will feature a presentation by Denise Westbrook, the RN-BSN Program Coordinator within the University's College of Health Professions.

Professor Westbrook's presentation is entitled “How Do You Feel?” and is meant to help students gain a better sense of how to track and manage their physical and emotional wellness, especially in stressful situations. Topics covered will include time management, the benefits of exercise, eating well, and other tips to help students avoid stress and illness.

This seminar and lunch are free and open to all students. The “How Do You Feel?” seminar will be held in the Student Success Center, located in room 219 of the Doberstein Admission Center on the University's New Castle campus.
