Dr. Robin Weinstein Joins Wilmington University Faculty

 On October 1, Dr. Robin Weinstein will accept the position of full time Associate Professor within Wilmington University’s College of Business. Dr. Weinstein, who has been working as Deputy County Administrator for Salem County since 2006, is serving his second year as Chairman of the Board for the United Way of Salem County. Currently, Dr. Weinstein is also the pastor of Bethany Presbyterian Church in Bridgeton, NJ.

After stepping down as the Deputy County Administrator, Freeholder Director Lee Ware said, “[Dr. Weinstein] has been a tremendous asset to the County...He has been a source of counsel for all of the Freeholders and spearheaded many important initiatives.”

While Dr. Weinstein will be missed as Deputy County Administrator, Wilmington University could not be more pleased to welcome him as a full-time faculty member. “We at Wilmington University are delighted that Dr. Robin Weinstein has joined our faculty,” said Dr. Donald Durandetta, Dean of the College of Business at Wilmington University. “Dr. Weinstein brings a wealth of organizational knowledge and experience that will make a strong contribution to the College and the education of our students.”

Dr. Weinstein, who received his Doctorate of Education in Innovation and Leadership from Wilmington University, will be serving the College of Business’ New Jersey programs. He earned his Masters of Theological Studies from Eastern Baptist Seminary and his Bachelor of Arts in Justice, Law and Society from Eastern University. He has taught at Salem Community College, Cumberland County College and Eastern University.
