The Lewes Polar Bear Plunge, held annually on the first Sunday in February, will take place in Rehoboth Beach, DE.

So far, the 2012 Polar Bear Plunge has raised $207,843 – $1125 of which was raised by “The Pi Gamma Mu from WilmU,” which currently has ten “Polar Bears” participating in the plunge.

Those wishing to join “The Pi Gamma Mu from WilmU” can register for the plunge at various times and locations throughout Rehoboth Beach from Friday, February 3 – Sunday, February 5, which can be viewed at http://www.plungede.org/festival/schedule.asp. You may also support their team effort by making a donation at http://www.firstgiving.com/plungede/2012-lewes-polar-bear-plunge-for-special-olympics.
