Annual Green and White Scholarship Ball set for Oct. 27
Wilmington University’s largest fundraiser is approaching
The Wilmington University Alumni Department proudly announces the fourth Annual Green and White Scholarship Ball, to be held from 7 to 11 p.m. Oct. 27, 2012, in the auditorium of the Doberstein Admissions Center. The black tie event is masquerade themed and known as the “must-go” event of the season.
All proceeds from this event are added to the annual fund that is used to support scholarships, financial aid and other benefits for the students and alumni of Wilmington University.
The event features themed selections of food, beverages, cocktails and music in a program that transforms the building into an exciting party atmosphere and highlights the region’s best restaurants and specialty foods. The university uses more than nine rooms and 22 restaurants to bring each theme to life. A silent auction will be held in the main ballroom.
The Green and White Scholarship Ball was established to build awareness and fund the Wilmington University scholarship. Each year it raises significant funds for the scholarship program and leave guests impressed and excited for the next year. Nine sponsorship levels are available to the public, ranging from $500 to $25,000.
