January is Stress Awareness month. The HR team encourages employees to take advantage of the many resources available to help manage stress. The Employee Wellness Center, Health Advocate and Weight Watchers are some of the tools that can help employees reach their wellness goals. Improving physical health, spending time with family, and developing hobbies are some ways help decrease stress levels.
