Wilmington University Presents the 5th Annual Green and White Scholarship Ball
A Gala with a Cause
The evening of October 26, 2013 will be an enchanted evening of laughter, connections, food, and beverages. This evening will be a showcase of local cuisine and live musical talent that will not disappoint. This evening’s magical atmosphere will be set by eight lavishly decorated, themed rooms, which will naturally encourage the creation of lasting memories. More importantly, the evening will result in relationships that will provide scholarships to students with unlimited potential. This evening is the 5th Annual Green and White Scholarship Ball.
The Annual Green and White Scholarship Ball is an opportunity for local businesses, corporate sponsors, and community leaders to connect with Wilmington University in the spirit of benevolent partnership. This is a chance for the community as a whole to invest in the education of capable students who might not have the resources to learn otherwise. It is because of these connections that 136 scholarships were able to be awarded to students last year. And, while this is monumental, it is expected that the relationships that will be developed and nurtured this year will yield an even greater return for our leader’s of tomorrow.
Those who attend this gala will enjoy a wide variety of food, beverages, live music, and dancing. The evening will also feature a photo booth and a designated area that will house desserts of all kinds. This formal event is considered black tie optional, so be sure to dress to impress.
Tickets for the Gala are $100 per person. If you are unable to attend the gala, but would like to partner with Wilmington University in the provision of scholarships, there are still sponsorships available.
