Coldwell Banker Preferred Moves Program
As a Wilmington University Alumni, you are entitled to many amazing benefits. One of these benefits is the Coldwell Banker Preferred Moves Program. This program offers Alumni several unique advantages including cash back rewards when you buy or sell a house, temporary housing services and special discounts on mortgages, refinancing, and equity lines of credit. Other benefits include discounts on moving, self-packing and storage services, and a mail forwarding service that will assist a person in getting their mail no matter where in the world they relocate.

Colette Staub, Relocation Manager for the Preferred Moves program, said that she has even had people take advantage of the temporary housing discount to avoid having to live through a kitchen remodel.
Colette also said that one of the greatest benefits this program affords is the cash back reward that a buyer or seller receives when they use a Preferred Moves referred agent. Within 30 days of the real estate closing, Preferred Moves will send you a check for 10% of the collected commission based on the purchase or sale price. That can really add up quickly!
