Elizabeth Watkins-Santolupo
Make no mistake, Elizabeth Santolupo is a Wildcat - and she is proud of it! However, let me be clear about something else as well. Wilmington University is proud to claim Elizabeth as not only an accomplished alumna, but also as a capable member of the Human Relations team. She joined the staff of Wilmington University in 2010 and she was hired into her current position of Human Resources Assistant in the spring of 2012.
The newly married Mrs. Santolupo, formerly Ms. Watkins, first came to Wilmington University as a transfer student from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN to finish a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. Little did she know when she first stepped onto campus that she was about to embark on a journey that would include not only the completion of her BS degree, but also a Master of Science in Human Resources Management, and soon a Master of Science in the Administration of Justice. Elizabeth shared that she loves being a WilmU student, citing the flexibility of her schedule and the affordability of her classes as the top reasons for her enthusiasm.
When Elizabeth was asked about her future goals, she said that she plans on continuing to apply what she has learned and will learn to her professional development within Wilmington University. She stated, “I absolutely love where I work! The people I work with are the best, and I really enjoy the work we get to do together.”
Having such skilled, qualified, and passionate people in the staff and alumni ranks is what makes Wilmington University the picture of academic excellence that it is. Thank you, Elizabeth, for carrying the WilmU Banner well; we look forward to being a part of the great future that you have in front of you!
