Celebrate National Library Week with the Library

Let the Library help you de-stress!

As a way to say “thanks for letting us help you” and “you got this,” the WilmU® Library is giving you opportunities to de-stress during National Library Week (April 10-16).

Giveaways, refreshments, puzzles and coloring will be available at the New Castle Campus Library, Wilson Graduate Center and Dover site!


Wednesday, April 13

Therapy Dogs Visit WilmU

A local shelter will bring trained therapy dogs
to help you relieve stress.
Relaxation Through Mindfulness
3–4 PM • Dover, Building A
Learn what mindfulness is, its benefits and techniques.
Managing Stress Through Biofeedback
3–4 PM • Pratt Student Center
Discover the effect of stress on the body and the brain.
