Blackboard Special Access Request

Complete this request if you wish to grant someone special access to your Blackboard course site (administrative staff, teaching assistants, guests, or other faculty members).

Hybrid and Online Training (HOT) Registration

The registration form for the HOT course is embedded in the Bb Advanced course. You must complete the Bb Advanced Course, or exercise the Test Out option, to receive the registration form for HOT.

Resource Request

Course developers can request assistance finding teaching resources for their course.

Blackboard Course Copy Request Form

Faculty and staff may request that content from fully developed online courses be copied into f2f and hybrid sections

Template Change Request Form

Deans and Program Chairs may request that a change be made to an online course template.  An instructor may request a change by contacting his/her Program Chair.
