Template Change Request

This request form is for use by Wilmington University Deans and Program Chairs only.

  1. Deans and Program Chairs may request that a change be made to an online course template.  An instructor may request a change by contacting his/her Program Chair.
  2. The type of change will fall into one of the following categories:
  3. Content is not being changed significantly

    Course content is being changed substantially (If substantial changes are needed, please check the proposed re-development schedule located on the online learning page at http://www.wilmu.edu/onlinelearning/index.aspx. The course may already be scheduled for re-development and you may not need to complete this form.

  4. The type of change will determine the work load and the amount of time needed by the Distance Learning Department to make the changes.
  5. This form simply sends the required information to the Online Learning Department. You will be notified by e-mail when the changes have been made, or if further consultation is needed.
