Blackboard Template Change Request

This request form is for use by Wilmington University Deans and Program Chairs only.

There are two types of online course template changes:

1. Content is NOT being changed significantly. Examples: Discussion Board updates, textbook chapter and/or page numbers due to edition changes, PowerPoint files, and assignment files.
2. Course content IS being changed substantially. Examples: new course objectives, new textbook (not edition change) that impacts exams and organization of the course.

Please note:

• Changes to template content will not appear in current online courses – changes will appear the next time that courses are loaded in Blackboard.
• The type of change will determine the amount of time needed by the Online Learning Department to make the changes.

You will be notified by e-mail when the changes have been made or if further consultation is needed.
