Housing Referral
Students applying to Wilmington University and requesting information about housing near the New Castle or Dover sites are referred to the Office of Student Life. For the students’ convenience, the Office of Student Life offers a housing referral brochure with information including names, locations, rental prices, and contact telephone numbers. In addition, the Office of Student Life offers assistance in introducing students to prospective roommates. Students interested in these services should contact the Office of Student Life directly.
For your convenience, the Office of Student Life offers assistance to students seeking housing and/or a roommate while attending the University. Below is a listing of apartment complexes within close proximity of the University. If you would like assistance in finding a roommate, please complete the roommate search form.
