Welcome to Blackboard at Wilmington University. Blackboard is Wilmington University's online learning platform, where instructors and students can access course materials, communicate and collaborate online. Here you'll find information that will help you get the most out of your Blackboard course.

Recent upgrade to Blackboard version 9.1

At the start of the summer semester of 2011, we upgraded the Blackboard system to version 9.1. What this upgrade means is an improved interface (click less) and powerful new tools (do more) within Blackboard.

Firefox

Blackboard 9.1 works best in the Firefox version 3.6 or higher

If you are using Explorer, Safari, Chrome, or Firefox 4.0, you should install Firefox version 3.6 or higher. Click here to read more about installing Firefox version 3.6 or higher.

Blackboard will work in other browsers but a few features may not function properly. We want you to have the best experience possible and have asked Blackboard to fix the issues as quickly as possible.
