Course Description
This hands-on two-day workshop provides comprehensive, role-based training for leading an organization, division, or team in AI utilization. This intensive introduces senior leaders to the strategic opportunities, risks, and applications of Generative AI and Agentic AI. Using case studies, discussion questions, and applications, the program focuses on a basic understanding of AI, ethical challenges associated with the technology, and the potential risks and rewards of AI use.
